We offer 2 levels for our ballet classes:
ABSOLUTE BEGINNER BALLET
Learn foundational ballet steps that build strength, flexibility, and coordination
Explore basic ballet vocabulary in a supportive, low-pressure environment
Develop musicality and confidence while learning how to move with the music
Designed for those brand new to ballet. No previous experience experience required— all people welcome!

BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE BALLET
Build on fundamental ballet technique with more detailed combinations
Improve strength, alignment, flexibility, and coordination
Expand ballet vocabulary and refine musicality and movement quality
Ideal for dancers with SOME prior ballet experience! You will need to be familiar with some basic ballet steps before taking this class.

This class explores Contemporary and Modern dance through a warm-up rooted in Modern techniques such as Limón and Horton. From there, movement expands in and out of the floor, traveling through space with fluidity, strength, and intention.
Designed for movers who want to blend a variety of dance genres, this class encourages curiosity, versatility, and discovering new ways to move and connect with your body.
Open to ALL and beginner friendly! No previous experience necessary.

Join our Hip Hop classes every Tuesday 7:30pm & Thursday 8pm!
Designed for adults looking to explore their dancing, whether on stage, in the club, or at home, this class blends groove-based movement with Hip Hop choreography inspired by old-school New York. Drawing from 90s and early 00s Hip Hop, each session builds a strong foundation while developing musicality, rhythm, and individual style. You will learn movements that feel transferable outside of the studio. Class starts with a guided warm-up that introduces grooves which return and evolve in the choreography. Expect a class that feels like both a workout and a creative outlet, with an emphasis on confidence, exploration, and being open to trying new ideas. Beginners are highly encouraged and absolutely everyone is welcome!

We offer private dance classes in all of our styles including Ballet, Modern/Contemporary, and Hip Hop for anyone looking to learn in a personalized, tailored environment. Private lessons are a great option for complete beginners, individuals with specific injuries who need modified instruction, or anyone simply looking to grow at their own pace.
Sessions are available one on one, for two people, or as a self-formed private group. Please email us for group rates or view our 1-person pricing below.

Make your first dance or any other special moment unforgettable with custom choreography. We offer choreographic sessions designed around your song, your story, your comfort level and the occasion. No dance experience required.
Whether you're looking for something simple and heartfelt or a full complicated routine, our instructors will work with you every step of the way.
Wedding dance lessons are 1-hour long and we typically recommend about 5-6 sessions leading up to your event (depending on your previous experience and how elaborate you’d like the dance to be). Our wedding dance rate is $170/hour.

Purchasing a package does not automatically reserve your spot—you must book each class individually. Walk-ins may be accommodated if space allows, but our classes are small and intimate and often fill up.

There is a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy, past that time window and credits will not be returned to your account

Class begins at the barre working through foundational steps that build strength and flexibility while warming up the body properly. We progress to the center where we work on more complex steps, musicality, and moving as part of a group. All levels are welcome and no prior experience is required.

Each class begins with a full-body warmup using breath and mindful movement to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. We move through exercises that grow into longer combinations, followed by a short guided improvisation and choreography to a new song each class. No experience is needed and all levels are welcome.

Designed for adults looking to develop their movement whether on stage or just for the love of it, this class blends groove-based movement with detailed choreography. Each session focuses on musicality, individuality, and learning to move in a way that feels natural and good.

Ballet: form-fitted clothes or a leotard, tights, ballet slippers or non-slip socks, and a water bottle.
Contemporary: comfortable moveable clothes, socks or bare feet, and a water bottle.
Hip Hop: comfortable clothes, clean sneakers or socks, and a water bottle.

Ballet slippers are soft, flexible shoes designed for movement at the barre and in the center. They are recommended but not required for our adult Ballet classes. Any brand works. We do not use pointe shoes in adult classes unless specifically approved by the instructor. Here is an example of what to look for if you would like to purchase a pair.

We offer three ways to access adult group classes:
Single class: $30 per class. New students get 50% off their first class with code READYTOMOVE.
5-class pack: $135 total ($27 per class). Valid for 90 days from purchase across any adult group class.
Unlimited monthly membership: $179 per month. Unlimited access to all adult group classes, one free guest pass per month, and 10% off ESTIA merchandise. No long-term contract.

Class packs and the unlimited membership can be used toward any adult group class on the schedule including Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Strength & Mobility, Pilates & Conditioning, and Cardio & Stretch. Mix and match across any class, any day.

Class reservations must be made at least 15 minutes before the session starts. Walk-ins are not guaranteed as spots fill up quickly. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist and will be notified if a spot opens.
